La casa è stata costruita nell’anno
2007 e si trova in una posizione tranquilla e soleggiata a
circa 300 metri dal centro di Campitello di Fassa. Gli appartamenti
sono arredati in stile classico e offrono una calda accoglienza
e praticità.
Tutti sono forniti di televisione con satellite, lavastoviglie,
cassaforte, parcheggio e giardino. E' a disposizione un portasci
e scaldascarponi per ogni appartamento. La lavatrice è in
comune fra tutti e tre gli appartamenti. Ogni appartamento è fornito
di piumoni, cuscini e coperte con lenzuola. La biancheria da
bagno e cucina si porta da casa.
La partenza viene effettuata entro le ore 10,00 del mattino, l’arrivo dopo le ore 16,00 del pomeriggio.
Per confermare valida la prenotazione aspettiamo la caparra.
Das Haus wurde 2007 gebaut und liegt ruhig und sonnig in Campitello in der Strèda de Col da Faè n°33, 300m vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Wohnungen sind im klassischen Stil eingerichtet und bieten eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Alle sind praktisch eingerichtet und verfügen über Sat-TV, Safe, Parkplatz mit Garten. Außerdem befindet sich in jeder Wohnung ein Skidepot mit Skischuhtrockner. Die Waschmaschine wird gemeinsam genutzt. Weiterhin verfügt jede Ferienwohnung über die Bettwäsche. Die Handtücher für Bad und Küche müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Am Abreisetag bitten wir, die Wohnungen bis 10:00 Uhr zu übergeben und sie stehen Ihnen am Anreisetag ab 16:00 Uhr zur Verfügung.
The house, built in 2007, is in a sunny and quiet position at about 300 metres from the centre of Campitello, in Streda de Col da Fae, 33. The three apartments, furnished in a classic style, offer a practical but welcoming atmosphere.
Each apartment has a satellite TV and a safe, as well as a car parking area and garden. Ski storage and ski boot warmers are also supplied. The washing machine is shared by all three apartments. All the apartments have duvets, pillows, blankets and bed-linen. Towels for bathrooms and kitchens are not supplied. Arrivals from 4 p.m. onwards and departures by 10 a.m. All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit.

"SOLE" apartment
E' composto da una cucina - soggiorno con divano letto, completa di frigorifero e piastra elettrica in vetro ceramica, una camera da letto e una doccia con servizi.
L'appartamento Sole è per 2/3 persone.
Si trova a sud-ovest.
Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Kühlschrank und Glas-Keramik-Kochplatte, ein Schlafzimmer und Dusche/WC.
Die Ferienwohnung Sole ist für 2-3 Personen und ist südwestlich ausgerichtet.

It will accommodate 2 – 3 persons and faces south-west.

Si trova al piano terra, a sud- ovest della casa ed è composto da due stanze da letto e due docce con servizi.
Una cucina - soggiorno con divano letto completa di frigorifero e piastra elettrica in vetro ceramica.
L’appartamento è per 4/6 presone.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist südwestlich ausgerichtet.
Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Duschen/WC, Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Kühlschrank und Glas-Keramik-Kochplatte.
Die Ferienwohnung ist für 4-6 Personen.
